This time 2 months ago we were in 16th! Ha! Haha!.. Heeheeheehehehe…. Ahem, sorry, this upwards surge has me a little giddy. But yes things are looking much better at the mo’ & now we’re off to mow with Medo*.. that is we’re visiting the ‘Tractor Boys’, oooo arrr!
Take 3 points there & we might be as high as…. well one step at a time anyway, but things are looking up & so are we.
In this weeks Podcast The Men In White have for you:
We all know that the Transfer Deadline Day can drag on, you’re always on the edge of your seat waiting for that news to filter through that Bolton have signed such a body or two. Well, our good friends at The Men In White have come up trumps again with a superb little podcast to get you through today.
“Panic, panic, panic, transfer deadline day!! It seems we’re not signing Balotelli so we can put that rumour to rest, Guardiola has denied he has any interest whatsoever in managing us (allegedly) & West Ham WONT, I repeat WONT, be moving to a new stadium in Horwich to make them officially our B team… though lets face it, they are.
Here’s a quick message from our blogging / podcasting friends, The Men In White:
STOP PRESS: We witter on in parts about Sparky Mavies in this ‘cast. A few hours after recording it the news came out there’d have to be ch-ch-ch-ch-changes as he’s out for 3 months. Podcast number 38 then! It’s getting rather ch-ch-chilly now, & next up is Ch-ch-Charlton.

It’s been a while since we last got the opportunity to help promote the ever popular ‘The Men In White Podcast’. These guys are a bunch of geniuses!
Our podcast mad friends are back once again, with Folking Marvellous, with a podcast you just cannot ignore!
“Now then now then, welcome back from t’International break and to our pre Bolton V Watford podcast!
It feels like the season’s already at a bit of a turning point for us doesn’t it? Or at least for our defence. Can we go on to get promoted from here? With Coyle at the helm? Find out that and more in this ‘cast, featuring:
We’ve not disappeared. We’re just taking it slow and making the most of the free time we have before the Euros kick off and also working on making our site that little bit better – mainly finishing off work we started mid way through the season! Anyhoos – our fellow friends The Men In White have got a nice little podcast for you.
They’ve admitted that it was a tricky podcast to record after such an outcome to the season. Plus, they do their damnedest to have a laugh and stay positive in their Podcasts but how on earth does one laugh after we’ve been relegated!?
They’ve let the dust settle a bit before recording it though and d’you know what? Football goes on, believe it or not there were a couple of positive moments during the season and yes there are a few reasons to laugh and even let a little positivity in.
..us some of them there new players.
How do, how do?
Time for The Men In White’s 21st Podcast. 21st, mind!! In years that would mean they were now legally able to hold an airline pilot license, adopt a child or be elected an MP…. none of these things will be happening in this Podcast. In the US of A they would finally be able to legally drink!..
..which would mean they could raise a pint (or a bottle of Coors or whatever we could lay their hands on in America) to the US cavalry of American players it seems may be about to arrive at t’Bok (just like the films, it might be a bit late in the day to turn up & help hey?! They’re already in trouble here!)
They digress their point (in a very roundabout way) is that this week’s Podcast will feature a ‘TransferZone’, with a quick-fire run-through of some players we’re linked with, a ‘StatZone’ looking at the next fixture against Liverpool, a run-through of the last 2 matches and a ‘BoardsTalk’ with a quick chat about one of the American prospects we’re led to believe may be joining us imminently: Mr. T. Ream.
‘I pity the fool’ that doesn’t believe ‘things can only get better’…or something…yee-ha!
