Dougie’s Early Transfer Targets
It’s early days in Transfer Window and Dougie is already looking to bring in some new, young players.
Barnsley striker Craig Davies is set to seal a switch to the Reebok. The Welsh International scored against us back in November and would provide some good competition up front.
We’ve also been linked with West Brom centre back Craig Dawson. Dawson, who hasn’t featured much for West Brom after returning from loan spells, represtented Team GB’s U23 Olympic squad and England U21′s. He is a goal scoring centre half with 19 goals from 59 games on loan. The link we have with Dawson more than likely will be loan related, with a view to a permanent £3 million pound deal.
Kapser Schmeichel, the former Manchester City keeper is also being linked with us due to the poor form of Bogdan. Leeds may be tempted by a 3.5 million pound move.
Aeslund centre back Jonatan Tollas, who is now a regular starter for the Norewgian outfit, is another name linked with the Whites. The 22 year old already has experience with over 100 first team caps to his name.
Slovakia U21 International Jan Gregus inpressed with a trial at the Reebok and could make a move shortly. He’s a creative midfielder who would fit in nicely with our style of play.
Lastly, Danny Graham has been linked with a loan move to Bolton after being told he can find another club. He was Swansea’s top scorer last year and is a very clinical finisher.
All in all, we’re linked with quite a few names. What are your thoughts on those linked with us? Who would you add to the list? Share your thoughts below.
