Lennie Lawrence Makes Move To The Reebok

It looks like the backroom staff hierarchy has now started to take shape. Lennie Lawrence has now left Selhurst Park and joined newly appointed Bolton boss, Dougie Freedman, at the Reebok Stadium.

Lennie Lawrence has been Freedman’s number 2 at Palace for approximately 10 months, and Freedman is happy he’s got his man, who has helped him shape the current Palace side and reach the top of the current Championship table.

“I’m delighted to have been able to bring Lennie in. He has a wealth of football experience and knowledge which will benefit us greatly moving forward.”
Dougie Freedman

Questions are still rife about the level of involvement Jimmy & Co will have at first team level, and something from the club or our new manager in regards to Jimmy, Sammy and Julian’s involvement will put fans questions at rest.

It now seems that the Caretaker Manager position at Palace will be temporarily filled by Curtis Fleming.
